Thankyou for your interest in becoming an affiliate for Pampered Diva Gifts. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW, as it contains very important information.
This is a simple program, all you do is add my banner, with your tracking code in it, to your site's Home Page. You can also add your personalized link to your email signatures so everyone you correspond with can see! Some even add their personalized link to their My Space page.
We have implemented a NEW commission structure here at Pampered Diva Gifts. This allows you to choose the level you'd like to be on, which depends on how much work you are willing to do to help promote Pampered Diva Gifts. If you are one that only wishes to add a banner to your current site, signature line, and/or emails, then you would choose Diva Lady. If you would like to advertise in your groups, purchase samples, business cards, etc and advertise offline to your friends, family, coworkers, etc, then you would choose either Diva Princess or Queen Diva. The benefits and requirements of each level is explained below. Please read carefully.
Diva Lady: A Diva Lady will add a Pampered Diva Gifts banner or text link wherever they wish to do so. They will have no quota or order minimums and will earn 10% of all sales (also a 10% discount on all purchases up front), to be paid as the sale is processed.
Diva Princess: A Diva Princess will do all of the above, plus they may wish to advertise offline, using the many available supplies we have for purchase, including business cards, etc. A Diva Princess will have a 20 Dollar Quarterly Quota, and will receive a 15% commission on all sales (also a 15% Discount on all personal purchases, up front), to be paid when the sale has processed. Our quarters run differently than most other companies, in order to hopefully make things easier for those that already have quotas with other companies. Our's run Feb-April, May-July, August-October, and November-January.
Queen Diva: A Queen Diva is a little more serious about promoting Pampered Diva Gifts. They have all of the options to advertise as the above levels, but they may do so more frequently, and advertise more heavily. A Queen Diva has a 20 dollar quota due monthly, and will earn a 20% commission on all sales. They will also enjoy a 20% discount on all personal purchases, taken off the sale up front using a special discount code.
Currently, we do not have down lines.
You may upgrade the level that you wish to be on, as circumstances change, or sales increase for you. Downgrading is also allowed. Any changes must be made ONCE per QUARTER. If you are a Diva Lady now, and start seeing higher sales, you may want to upgrade to a Diva Princess, and may do so at the end of the current quarter. For some, sales may decrease, or lifestyles may change, etc, and you may downgrade your level, once you've met your current quota, at the end of that quarter.
Please understand, a QUOTA does NOT mean YOU must make a purchase. A quota means you must SELL a certain amount of product. I do not require YOU to purchase anything at all, unless the end of the quarter nears and you have not sold enough product to meet your quota. Then, you may need to make a purchase if you have not had enough sales, in order to stay on the level you have chosen.
All Divas will receive a Personalized link which will go to a special page with your name on it. This is necessary to use in your advertising in order that your sales are tracked and commissions are given. You may also use the link given when logging into our tracking program, there are HTML codes for our banners there, and these will track your sales the same way, but they will NOT link to your personalized page. We also have a place in our cart, so if your customer happens to come in and make a purchase but did not use your link, they can add your name and you will receive credit. Our cookies are set to track your customers for 30 days after the first time they use your link. Sometimes, customers delete cookies from their machine, when they do so, they are taken to the main site. This is why we have the option for them to add your name in the cart when they return later to order.
Once you've signed up, PLEASE watch for an email from ME. It will include everything you need to get started, including your personalized link and log in password. This email will also have your voucher code so if you wish to place orders yourself, you will receive a percentage off of those purchases. You will also recieve and invite to our Yahoo Group where I keep everyone updated on sales and new products, and our affiliate family chats about business, etc. If you do not receive the email from me, PLEASE email me at PamperedDivaGifts@charter.net. My email might have gone to your trash folder or spam box, please check there. It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for me to get this email out to you, so please watch for it.
